黟县60岁及以上老年人健康管理现况分析

Analysis on Health Management of Elderly People with 60 and over ages in Yixian County

目的了解黟县60岁及以上老年人健康状况,为开展慢性病管理提供依据。方法选取2015年黟县基本公共卫生服务老年人健康管理项目中老年人健康体检辅助检查资料,对其血液生化检查结果进行分析。结果 6032例60岁及以上老年体检者中,高胆红素、高肌酐、高胆固醇、高血糖检出率较高,异常率分别为25.15%、23.92%、21.05%和18.95%,城区老年人高血糖、高血脂及高谷丙转氨酶检出率均明显高于农村居民(P<0.05),农村居民高肌酐检出率明显高于城区居民(P<0.05);女性高血脂及高肌酐检出率均明显高于男性(P<0.05),男性肝功能异常检出率均高于女性(P<0.05);血糖、血脂、肝功能异常检出率随着年龄的增长呈现下降趋势,肾功能异常检出率随着年龄的增长呈现上升趋势;高血糖组与正常血糖组老年人中的高血脂症及谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶异常率,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应针对性地加强老年人健康知识的健康教育宣传,定期进行健康体检及健康管理。

Objective To understand the health status of the elderly aged 60 years and over in Yixian County, and to provide the basis for the management of chronic diseases. Methods The data of healthy biopsy of the elderly in Yixian bas- ic health service for the elderly in 2015 were selected, and the results of blood biochemical examination were ana- lyzed. Results The detection rate of hyperbilirubin, high creatinine, high cholesterol and hyperglycemia was 25.15%, 23.92% , 21.05% and 18.95% in 6032 elderly patients aged 60 years and over, and urban elderly （P 〈0.05）. The de- tection rate of high ereatinine in rural residents was significantly higher than that in urban residents （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The detec- tion rate of hyperlipidemia and creatinine in women was significantly higher than that in rural residents （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The de- tection rate of blood glucose, blood lipid and liver function abnormality showed a decreasing trend with age, and the renal function was Significantly higher than that of female （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The abnormal detection rate of blood glucose, blood lipid and liver function decreased with age, and the abnormal detection rate of renal function increased with age. The abnormal rate of hyper lipidemia and glutamate - transaminase and glutamate - transaminase in elderly patients with hyperglycemia and normal blood glucose group were ststistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Health education should be targeted to strengthen the health education of the elderly, regular health examination and health management.
