腹腔镜微创与传统开放手术治疗脐尿管瘘的临床疗效观察

Clinic Effect Between Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive and Traditional Open Surgery in the Treatment of Urachus Fistula

目的对比观察腹腔镜手术与开放手术治疗脐尿管瘘的临床疗效。方法选取40例脐尿管瘘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,治疗组患者采用腹腔镜辅助脐尿管瘘瘘管结扎术治疗,对照组患者接受开放手术治疗。对比两组的手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、疼痛程度、切口感染、住院时间、完全康复时间。结果腹腔镜组患者的平均手术时间、术后并发症发生率低于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与开腹手术相比,腹腔镜下行脐尿管切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、美观及保留脐部等优势,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect in laparoscopic surgery and open surgery treatment for urachus fistula.Methods A total of 40 urachus fistula patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 20 patients） and the control group（ 20 patients）. The treatment group was treated with urachus fistula ligation by laparoscopic aid operation while the control group was treated with open surgery. Operation duration,blood loss during operation,pain score and wound healing time of two groups were investigated. Results There was significant difference in average operation duration and complication after operation between the treatment group and the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Urachus fistula ligation by laparoscopic aid operation has obvious merits,including fewer traumas,less complication and rapid recuperation,so it is worthy of clinic application.
