In the 21st century, the age of information, the Internet has been used in the field of various indus- tries, the Internet health care is also developed. The Internet health care has impacted the traditional medical model, whieh has solved the problem of the limitation of time and space. Although the Internet health care brings conven- ience to people, there are also some medieal quality problems, such as the poor quality of the internet diagnosis and treatment, the safety of the internet treatment is difficult to ensure and the efficiency is low, the patient satisfaction is poor, ete.. This paper made a detailed analysis of the relevant issues and puts forward some feasible suggestions from the legal point of view.
