摘要
目的:探讨参与式教学方法的实践应用,以提升卫生法学专业的教学效果,提高学生法律思维和问题解决能力。方法:在每个年级抽取卫生法学专业课程,然后由教师在课堂上应用参与式教学方法,最后使用自行设计的调查问卷对学生进行调查。结果:上大学后,分别有84.3%和97.1%的学生认为自学能力和搜集资料能力有提高,学生在网络上查找资料更加熟练。82.9%的学生认为参与式教学相比传统式教学更能提升学习的主动性,有94.2%的人认为参与式教学可以推广。结论:卫生法学专业开展参与式教学方法应当推行并且可行。但是在具体实施过程中,还应注意坚持参与式教学法与讲授教学法有效结合,讨论应围绕教学目的,教师应了解授课对象的特点,教师应努力激发学生有效参与。
Objective: To explore the practical application of participatory teaching method to improve the teach- ing effect of science of health law and to improve the students" ability of applying law. Methods.. In each grade, the professional course of health law was drawn up, and then the teacher applied the participatory teaching method in the classroom. Finally, the students were investigated by self-designed questionnaire. Result: After entering the u- niversity, 84.3 % and 97.1 % of students believed that self-learning ability and the ability to collect data improved. 82.9 % of the students thought that participatory teaching could enhance the initiative of learning compared with the traditional teaching methods, and 94.2% of the students thought that participatory teaching could be promoted. Conclusion: The participatory teaching method should be carried out and feasible to the health law specialty. But in the concrete implementation process, the teacher should pay attention to the effective combination of participatory teaching method and lecture teaching method. The discussion should focus on the purpose of teaching. Teachers should understand the characteristics of students, and teachers should try to stimulate students' effective participa- tion.
