摘要
在大数据经典"4V"标准基础上,针对石油工业信息化建设周期长、风险高、实施过程复杂等特点,提出大数据的正确性、及时性、完整性、一致性、保密性、规范性、简洁性、专注性的"8C"标准理念,对石油工业信息化的数据资源建设、应用和管理水平的提升具有指导意义。
