摘要 课程改革需要从方法层面回应"如何改"的问题。超越本体论和认识论范畴,从课程改革方法论的角度来理解核心素养,是深化课程改革的必然要求。通过理论分析和历史梳理,指出将核心素养理解为"全面素养",具有理性的、断裂式、外推型的课程改革方法论特征;将核心素养理解为"关键素养",更加注重零星社会工程思维和内发式改革路径,表达了对有限理性的承认。结合我国寻求现代化的历史脉络和当下课程改革所面临的主要问题,核心素养宜被理解为"关键素养",寻求核心素养的"核心",并使之融合在不同学科和学习领域之中,通过学校和教师主体,落实在课程实施层面。 curriculum reform needs to respond to the question of how to change. It is inevitable to understand the "key competence" from the perspective of curriculum reform methodology. Through the theoretical analysis and the historical research, the article points out that the understanding of "comprehensive competence", which has the characteristics of rational, revolutionary and extrapolation on the methodology of curriculum reform. While, the understanding of "key competence", expressed the recognition of bounded rationality, sporadic social engineering thinking and the internal reform path. Combined with the historical context of our country seeking modernization and the main problems faced by the current curriculum reform, the "key competence" needs a "core" to accomplishment and integrate it into different disciplines and learning areas. Schools and teachers, the implementation of the curriculum implementation level.
