摘要
目的:通过ABO血型基因分析,协助临床血清学疑难血型标本的鉴定。方法:血型血清学方法采用凝胶卡法,疑难的标本采用试管法进一步分析鉴定;同时进行血型基因测序分析。结果:15例疑难血型标本中出现CisAB01、B(A)02、ABmh类孟买型等位基因标本。结论:采用基因分析的方法,可以提供疑难血型血清学标本表型鉴定的佐证,确认血清学不易检测的结果,更好的保证输血安全。
Objective:Through the analysis of ABO blood group gene,to assist in the identification of difficult clinical serological specimens.Method:The microcolumn gel card was applied to determining ABO group of red cells and serum,identification of complicated specimens using the tube method for further analysis,at the same time,the samples were analyzed for blood group gene sequencing.Result:The CisAB01,B(A)02,ABmh paraBombay alleles were found in 15 cases of complicated blood samples.Conclusion:The method of gene analysis can provide evidence of the blood group serology identification of the complicated blood samples,clarify the results of the serology that difficult to determine,and better ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
