血液筛查试管与血辫标本检测结果的符合性研究

目的:研究血液筛查试管标本与血辫标本检测结果的符合情况,探讨血液保养液对检测结果的影响,确保检测结果的准确性。方法:对2014-05-2015-05无偿献血者67 436份标本用ELISA筛查出的HBsAg643例、抗-HCV 304例、抗-HIV 290例、抗-TP 270例反应性标本,与其血辫标本检测结果进行比较。结果:HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、抗-TP试管标本与血辫标本符合率分别为63.58%、54.55%、58.73%、80.23%;试管标本与血辫检测平均值比较,t值分别为6.58、5.01、2.87、6.48,P<0.05;试管标本与血辫阳性率比较,χ2值分别为189.69、137.19、62.06、45.14,P<0.05。结论:血站血液筛查试管标本与血辫标本结果有差异,血液保养液对血辫有稀释作用,易造成弱反应性标本的漏检,应采取有效措施,提高检测结果的准确性,确保临床血液安全。

Objective：Explore the coincidence rates of the results in test-tube specimens and blood braided detection in blood screening,and investigate the effects of blood preservative solution on testing results,so that the accuracy of the testing results can be ensured.Method：Analyze and compare the 643 copies of reactive samples of HBsAg,304 copies of anti-HCV,290 copies of anti-HIV,and 270 copies of anti-TP screened by ELISA from 67,436 samples of volunteer blood donors from may 2014 to may 2015,2014 with the results in blood braided detection.Result：The coincidence rates of the test-tube samples of HBsAg、anti-HCV、anti-HIV and anti-TP and the results in blood braided detection are respectively 63.58%,54.55%,58.73% and 80.23%;compare the average values of them,the t values are respectively 6.58,5.01,2.87 and 6.48,P〈0.05;compare the positive rates of them,the values of χ～2 are respectively 189.69,137.19,62.06 and 45.14,P〈0.05.Conclusion：There are differences between the results in test-tube samples and blood braided detection in blood screening conducted by blood center.Besides,blood preservative solution would dilute blood braided samples,which is likely to cause leak detection.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to improve the accuracy of testing results so as to ensure the safety of clinical blood.
