Research on Planning Adjustment Method of Urban System in Construction Affected Area of Large Hydropower Station

大型水电站建设影响区的城镇体系重构是一种外力推动下的非常规突变,采用常规方法调整城镇体系规划具有局限性。以白鹤滩水电站建设影响区作为研究案例,将移民安置规划与城乡规划结合,从移民安置规划出发,探索针对此类型区的实用高效的城镇体系规划调整方法。进一步,此方法还可一般化推广至大型移民工程区域、灾后重建区等具有城镇体系突变特征的区域。

The reconstruction of urban system in construction affected area of large hydropower station is a kind of unusual mutation under external force, so conventional urban system adjustment approach has its limitations there. Taking Baihetan Hydropower Station affected area as a case, an efficient and practical urban system planning adjustment method is explored tbr this kind of area based on the combination of resettlement planning and urban planning. Further, this method can also generally be applied to large resettlement regions, post-disaster reconstruction areas and others which have the characteristics of urban system mutations.
