摘要
现行的水轮发电机组的振动和摆度ISO国际标准已在国际上广泛采用多年。近年来,ISO和IEC也在将ISO7919—5和ISO10816—5合并成为一个新标准ISO 20816—5:2016以取代旧标准并同时成为ISO和IEC的共同标准。同时,国内也有若干国家标准和行业标准都对机组的振动和摆度有一些规定。针对这些标准编制的背景和应用范围进行了详细介绍,指出了这些标准之间的异同点,给出了在实际工程应用上的建议,并为下一步标准的修订和完善提供参考。
ISO 7919-5 (relative shaft vibration) and ISO 10816-5 (stationary part vibration) have been applied worldwide for many years. In recent years, ISO and IEC are working jointly to integrate ISO 7919-5 and ISO 10816-5 into a new standard called ISO 20816-5:20t6 which will replace them after then. Meanwhile, some Chinese standards have also stipulated the vibration limits. This paper will present their background and scope of applications, discrepancies and limitations of application. Recommendations are made for project application and for the next revisions of the standards.
