摩腹推拿对早产儿生长发育的干预研究

The intervention research of rubbing abdominal manipulation on the growth and development of premature infants

目的 :观察摩腹推拿对早产儿生长发育的疗效。方法 :将早产儿随机分成2组,对照组30例,给予常规保健方法干预;干预组30例,在常规保健干预的基础上增加摩腹推拿干预。干预为期6个月,观察两组体重、身长、头围的生长发育变化情况。结果 :两组干预前后体重、身长、头围增长值比较均有明显统计学差异(P<0.01),且干预组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 :摩腹推拿对早产儿生长发育有明显疗效,能促进早产儿早期生长发育,实现追赶性生长。

Objective： To observe the effect of rubbing abdominal manipulation on the growth and development of premature infants. Methods： The premature infants were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in the control group were given routine health care intervention and 30 cases in the intervention group were treated with rubbing abdominal manipulation intervention on the basis of routine health care intervention. The intervention was for six months. The changes of weight, height and head circumference were observed in both groups. Results： There were significant differences in weight, length and head circumference between the two groups before and after intervention（P〈0.01）, and the therapeutic effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The effect of the rubbing abdominal manipulation on the growth and development of premature infants is obvious and can promote the early growth and development of premature infants and achieve catch-up growth.
