摘要
目的对rs798766C〉T多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关联进行Meta分析。方法在Pubmed与百度学术数据库中检索相关病例对照研究,根据纳入与排除标准进行筛选。提取研究基本情况,提取或计算T等位基因比值比ORCT+TT vs CC及其95%可信区间,进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9项病例对照研究,涉及10647名膀胱癌患者与53588名健康对照。Meta分析有显著异质性(I^2=75%,P〈0.1),合并结果为1.34[1.19,1.51]。亚组分析结果显示,亚洲人与白人的合并结果无显著差异(X^2=0.65,P=0.42)。漏斗图对称,无发表偏倚。结论rs798766C〉T多态性增加膀胱癌易感性。
Objective This study investigated the association between rs798766 C 〉 T polymor- phism and susceptibility to urothelial bladder cancer. Methods Pubmed and Baidu scholar data- bases were searched for ease-control studies examining the association between rs798766 C 〉 T poly- morpbism and susceptibility to urothelial bladder cancer. Eligible studies were selected according to pre-defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Basic information and adjusted T allelie odds ratio (ORCT + TF vs. CC) with 95% confidence interval (95% CI) were extracted. The Review Man- ager 5.3 software package was used to perform Meta-analysis. Results 6 case-control studies with 16 independent ease-control pairs involving 8194 bladder cancer patients and 50165 controls were included. The Meta-analysis didn' t reveal any significant heterogeneity (I^2 = 0%, P 〉 0. 1 ). The pooled ORCT +TT vs. CC and 95% CI was 1.27 [ 1.20 - 1.34]. According to subgroup a- nalysis, the pooled results for Asians and Caucasians were 1.24 [ 1.16 -1.32] and 1.34 [ 1.22 - 1.47 ], respectively. No significant difference was noted between these two ethnical group (X2 = 1.73, P = 0. 19 ). The funnel plot was symmetrical, indicating no publication bias. Conclusion rs798766 C 〉 T increases the susceptibility to bladder cancer.
