二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯二聚体的红外光谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)在储存过程中会生成二聚体,二聚体会影响到MDI的性能。对用红外光谱检测MDI二聚体的方法进行了研究。针对MDI二聚体的特性,首先解决了MDI二聚体的标样难题。用2295 cm^(-1)处的吸收峰进行定性分析,解决了MDI二聚体的定性分析问题。用1771cm^(-1)处的吸收峰作为定量分析峰,并以692 cm^(-1)处的吸收峰为内标峰,绘制了MDI二聚体相对峰面积与质量分数的关系曲线,解决了MDI二聚体的定量分析问题。建立的红外光谱分析方法达到了快速分析MDI二聚体的目的。 Diphenylmethane diisocyanate dimer produced dimer during storage.Dimer would affect the performance of MDI.The method of detecting MDI dimer by infrared spectroscopy was researched.The MDI dimer standard sample problem was solved firstly according to the characteristics of MDI dimer.The qualitative analysis of MDI dimer was solved by qualitative analysis of the absorption peaks at 2295 cm^-1.By using the absorption peak at 1771 cm^-1 as the quantitative analysis peak and the absorption peak at 692 cm^-1 as the internal standard peak, the relationship curve between the relative peak area and the mass fraction of MDI dimer was plotted.And the quantitative analysis of MDI dimer was solved.The establishment of infrared spectroscopy analysis method achieve the purpose of rapid analysis of MDI dimer.
