摘要
航空润滑油的氧化不溶物会严重影响到飞机发动机的工作可靠性,对用红外吸收光谱定量分析HP-8B航空润滑油的氧化不溶物进行了研究。以1800 cm^(-1)~1650 cm^(-1)范围内的最大吸收峰值作为HP-8B航空润滑油的氧化值,将氧化值与氧化不溶物质量分数进行回归分析,得到回归方程。该回归方程的氧化值与氧化不溶物质量分数的相关系数为0.9743,相对偏差在±10%以内。建立的红外吸收光谱方法可用于定量分析HP-8B航空润滑油的氧化不溶物。
The oxidized insolubles of aviation lubricants could seriously affect the reliability of aircraft engines.Oxidized insolubles quantitative analysis of HP-8B aviation lubricant by infrared absorption spectroscopy was studied.The maximum absorption peak value in the range of 1800 cm^-1 to 1650 cm^-1 was the oxidation value of the HP-SB aviation lubricant.The regression equation was obtained by regression analysis of the oxidation value and the mass fraction of oxidized insolubles.The correlation coefficient between the oxidation value of the regression equation and the mass fraction of the oxidized insolubles was 0.9743, and the relative deviation was within ± 10%.The established infrared absorption spectroscopy method could be used to quantitatively analyze the oxidized insolubles of HP-8B aviation lubricant.
