摘要 随着对节能要求的不断提高,汽车燃油经济性已经成为汽车制造商和润滑油供应商共同关注的焦点,发动机油的燃油经济性已经成为发动机油的一项重要的性能指标。降低发动机油的摩擦因数是提高燃油经济性的重要途径之一。讲解了用WOC摩擦试验机,MTM微牵引力试验机,SRV摩擦磨损试验机和四球机在实验室模拟评价发动机油燃油经济性的方法,这些方法与发动机油的燃油经济性具有较好的相关性,可作为研制节能发动机油的辅助方法。同时讲解了燃油经济性的台架试验,国际润滑剂标准化和批准委员会汽油机油规格的燃油经济性要用MS程序VI,VIA,VIB或VID台架试验进行评价,欧洲汽车制造协会汽油机油和轻负荷柴油机油规格的燃油经济性用MB M111台架试验进行评价。 With the continuous improvement of energy requirements, automotive fuel economy had become a focus that car manufacturers and lubricants suppliers concerned.The fuel economy of the engine oil had become an important performance indicator for engine oils.Reducing the friction coefficient of engine oil was one of the important ways to improve fuel economy.The method of evaluating the fuel economy of engine oil in laboratory was analyzed by WOC, MTM, SRV and four-ball tester.These methods had a good correlation with the fuel economy of engine oil and could be used as an auxiliary method for developing energy-saving engine oil.At the same time the fuel economy of engine rig test was explained.The fuel economy of gasoline engine oil in accordance with ILSAC gasoline engine oil specification was evaluated by using MS sequence VI, VIA, VIB or VID rig test.Fuel economy of gasoline engine oil and light-duty diesel engine oil in accordance with ACEA light-duty diesel engine specifi- cation was evaluated by using the MB Mlll rig test.
