摘要
锆钒铁合金是一种激活温度较低的非蒸散型吸气剂,具有平衡气压低、吸气容量大和吸气速率高等特性,对H2等活性气体有很好的吸附性能。对锆钒铁吸气剂的研究通常是在常温条件下,而对其在低温下的吸气性能则少有探索。本文通过测试锆钒铁吸气剂在不同工作温度下的吸氢性能,获得了相应的吸附等温线,发现在低压条件下低温吸气量大于常温,压力较高时在所选取时间(10 min)内低温吸气量小于常温,但其最终吸气量仍会大于常温。对这一现象进行分析,认为表面吸附和内部扩散所占地位的不同是造成吸气性能差异的原因。实验拓展了锆钒铁的应用范围,为具有低温除氢需求的场合提供了新选择。
ZrVFe is a kind of low temperature activated NEG( non-evaporable getter),which has the characteristics of low equilibrium pressure,large sorption capacity and high gas sorption rate and a good sorption performance for active gases such as H2. The study of ZrVFe getter is usually at room temperature,and the sorption characteristic at low temperature is little explored. This paper tested the sorption characteristic of ZrVFe getter at different temperatures,obtained the corresponding adsorption isotherms,found the sorption capacity of low temperature is greater than which of room temperature under the condition of low pressure,low temperature in the selected time( 10 min) sorption capacity is less than the room temperature when the pressure is high,but the final sorption capacity will still be greater than the room temperature. According to the analysis,it is considered that the different status of surface adsorption and internal diffusion is the cause of the difference of sorption capacity. The experiments expanded the application field of ZrVFe,provided a new choice for hydrogen degassing at low temperature.
