摘要 在"绿色经济、低碳经济"大背景下,国网公司提出"两型一化"电力设备的建设要求,即环境友好型、资源节约型、工业化要求,智能化预装式变电站在配电网中则是发电机组接入电网的关键组成部分。基于物联网技术设计了预装式变电站主电量数据硬件监测系统,实现对预装式变电站主电量数据实时监测、无线传输和数据处理。分析预装式变电站主设备健康评估技术需求,引入模糊综合评判法、神经网络算法、灰色关联理论和DS信息融合技术,提出基于预装式变电站主设备的健康评估模型,实现对机组运行的健康评估,为智能化预装式变电站安全鉴定提供参考依据。仿真结果表明,该方法是切实可行的。 Under the background of "green economy, low carbon economy",State Grid Corporation of China proposed the recommendations of "two-type and one-ization"of power equipment, that is environmentally friendly type, resource-saving type and industrialization, intelligent prefabricated substation is the key component of the generator connected to the grid in distribution network.A prefabricated substation main power capacity data hardware monitoring system is designed on the basis of IoT,which realizes real-time monitoring, wireless transmission and data processing of prefabricated substation main power data.Analysing the technology requirement of prefabricated substation main equipment state assessment, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, neural network algorithm, grey correlation theory and DS information fusion technology are introduced, and the model of the state assessment based on prefabricated substation main equipment is proposed,which realizes the state evaluating to unit operation, and provides reference on safety appraisal of intelligent prefabricated substation.The simulation results show that this method is practical and operable.
