摘要
某化肥厂原水预处理系统澄清水管内壁和砂滤池滤料表面结垢严重。通过水质分析、垢样分析和相关模拟试验,得到垢样主要成分为CaCO_3,查明了故障主要原因为澄清池加药量未调整,造成澄清池出水pH值偏高且波动大,不稳定的澄清水流经澄清管壁及砂滤池过程中,极易析出碳酸盐垢垢样。结合现场实际和试验结果,提出了切实可行的除垢方案和系统优化方案。
Clarification pipe inner surface and filter material surface scaled seriously in a fertilizer raw water pretreatment system. Through scale analysis, the main composition of scale sample is CaCO3. Through water quality analysis and the related simulation test, the main reason of the failure is clarification tank dosage adjustment, pH of clarifier effluent is higher and unstable. When unstable clarification water flowed through clarification pipe inner surface and filter, it precipitated carbonate scale sample easily.This paper put forward the feasible descaling plan and system optimization plan combined with the actual and the test resuhs.
