30例手术治疗下颈椎骨折脱位疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of 30 cases of surgical treatment of lower cervical fracture and dislocation

目的：探讨观察减压植骨内固定术治疗下颈椎骨折脱位的临床方法疗效.方法：对下颈椎骨折脱位患者30例采用颈椎前路钢板内固定术的临床资料进行分析.结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间为3.2~5.3小时,平均4±0.5小时,术中出血量平均 450±80ml.术后6~24个月随访,X线片显示脱位完全复位,颈椎椎间高度及生理曲度都得到了重建及维持,无内固定断裂、松动、脱出等并发症的发生.JOA评分治疗后评分为11.82±2.80分.结论：前路减压植骨内固定术治疗下颈椎骨折脱位,减压充分、使损伤节段获得满意的复位、得到即刻的稳定和重建,复位良好,有利于脊髓恢复,临床治疗效果满意.

Objective： ： To observe the curative effect of decompression and bone grafting on the treatment of lower cervical fracture and dislocation. Methods： 30 cases of cervical spondylolisthesis were treated with anterior cervical plate fixation. Results： All patients were successfully completed operation, the operation time was 3.2 - 5.3 hours, an average of 4 ~ 0.5 hours, the average blood loss was 450 - 80ml. After 6 to 24 months follow - up, X - ray showed complete dislocation, cervical spine height and physiological curvature of the reconstruction and maintenance, no internal fixation rupture, loosening, prolapse and other complications. JOA score after treatment score of 11.82 - 2.80 points. Conclusion： Anterior decompression and internal fixation was used to treat the dislocation and dislocation of the lower cervical spine. The decompression was complete, and the injured segment was satisfactorily reset. The stability and recon- struction were stable and well restored. The spinal cord was restored and the clinical treatment is satisfactory.
