经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的效果研究

摘要 目的:探讨骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者采取经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)治疗的效果.方法:按照随机抽样的方式选择我院2011年5月~2014年10月接诊的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者50例进行研究,入选对象均有完整临床资料,自愿配合本次研究,均符合PVP手术指征,实施PVP治疗.本组患者均进行半年以上随访,观察记录临床效果,以及术前、术后及随访半年疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、活动能力评分、止痛药应用评分,并对比分析.结果:50例患者均穿刺椎体成功,胸椎注射骨水泥3.55±0.22ml,腰椎注射骨水泥6.32±1.17ml,且有3例发生骨水泥外溢;治疗后、随访半年时VAS评分、活动能力评分、止痛药应用评分均明显优于治疗前(P〈0.05).结论:骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗可以取得不错效果,安全性高,且术后疼痛较轻,患者活动能力恢复良好,值得借鉴. Objective: To investigate osteoporotie thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in patients taking percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) therapy. Methods: According to random sampling method to select our hospital in May 2012 - osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture patients in October 2014 admissions compressibility of 50 cases were studied, selected objects are complete clinical data with this voluntary study , are in line with PVP surgical indications, the implementation of PVP treatment. This group of patients were followed up for more than six months, the clinical effects observed and recorded, as well as preoperative and postoperative follow - up of six months and pain visual analog scale (VAS), activity rates, painkillers application rates, and comparative analysis. Results: 50 patients were successfully puncture vertebral, thoracic injection of bone cement 3.55 ±0.22ml, lumbar injection of bone cement6.32 ± 1.17ml, and 3 cases of bone cement spill; after treatment, follow - up six months VAS score, activity score before, painkiIlers application rates were significantly better than the treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture embodiment Percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment can get good results, safety, and less postoperative pain, patient activity recovered well worth learning.
