中风复元方联合针灸治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of stroke recovery recipe combined with acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia

目的研究方药联合针刺对治疗脑卒中所导致的吞咽障碍的临床治疗效果,以对中药治疗脑卒中进行深入了解。方法 120例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,随机分为方药组、针灸针、联合组,每组40例。方药组给予中风复元方治疗,针灸组给予针灸治疗,联合组给予中风复元方与针灸联合治疗。比较三组的治疗效果。结果治疗前三组洼田饮水试验评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗5、8周后三组洼田饮水试验评分均低于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗5、8周后联合组洼田饮水试验评分均低于方药组、针灸组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),针灸组洼田饮水试验评分低于方药组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率92.50%明显高于方药组的72.50%、针灸组的75.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸组治疗总有效率与方药组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用中风复元方联合针灸治疗脑卒中导致吞咽障碍具有良好的临床疗效,具有推广意义。

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of stroke recovery recipe combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke-induced dysphagia,for deep understanding of Chinese medicine in treating stroke.Methods A total of 120 post-stroke dysphagia patients were randomly divided into prescription group,acupuncture group and combination group,with 40 cases in each group.The prescription group was treated with stroke recovery recipe,the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture,and the combination group was treated with stroke recovery recipe and acupuncture.Therapeutic effect was compared in three groups.Results Before treatment,three groups had no statistically significant difference in water swallow test（P〈0.05）.After 5 and 8 weeks of treatment,three groups had lower water swallow test score than before treatment,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After 5 and 8 weeks of treatment,the combination group had lower water swallow test score than prescription group and acupuncture group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The acupuncture group had lower water swallow test score than prescription group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The combination group had obviously higher total effective rate as 92.50% than 72.50% in the prescription group and 75.00% in the acupuncture group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The acupuncture group had no statistically significant difference in total effective rate comparing with the prescription group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of stroke recovery recipe and acupuncture shows excellent clinical efficacy in treating stroke-induced dysphagia,and it has promotion significance.
