激能电摩疗法配合电针治疗顽固性头痛临床研究

Clinical study of electric stimulation therapy and electroacupuncture in the treatment of intractable headache

目的分析激能电摩疗法配合电针治疗顽固性头痛的临床研究。方法 60例顽固性头痛患者,按照信封随机分组法分为常规组与实验组,各30例。常规组患者采取传统针灸治疗,实验组患者采取电摩疗法配合电针治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于常规组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对顽固性头痛患者采取激能电摩疗法配合电针治疗的疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得实践推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electric stimulation therapy and electroacupuncture in the treatment of intractable headache.Methods A total of 60 intractable headache patients were divided by envelope random grouping method into conventional group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with traditional acupuncture and moxibustion,and the experimental group was treated with electric stimulation therapy and electroacupuncture.Treatment effect was compared in two groups.Results The experimental group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 93.33% than 70.00% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electric stimulation therapy and electroacupuncture shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of intractable headache,and it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance the treatment effect.So it is worth practicing and popularizing.
