摘要
广西某锰尾矿锰品位10.26%,粒度较细,-0.074 mm占98.52%,锰铁氧化物中的锰和氧化锰分别占总锰的73.35%、21.15%。为高效回收利用该尾矿中的锰,采用直接酸浸法进行浸出试验。结果表明,在硫酸浓度4.5 mol/L、浸出温度90℃、搅拌速度250 r/min、固液比4∶1、浸出时间3 h、还原剂A用量15%的条件下,可获得锰浸出率95.00%的良好指标。试验结果可供该锰尾矿的回收利用参考。
The manganese grade of Manganese Tailings from Guangxi is 10. 26%,the grain size is fine,-0. 074 mm accounts for 98. 52%,Manganese in manganese oxide accounts for 73. 35% and manganese oxide accounts for 21. 15% of toal. In order to efficient recycle the manganese in the tailings,Leaching test was conducted by direct acid leaching method. Results showe that when sulfuric acid concentration of 4. 5mol/L,leaching temperature of 90 ℃,stirring speed of 250 r/min,solid-to-liquid ratio of 4∶ 1,extraction time of 3 houra,dosage of A as reducing agent of 15%,good indicator of manganese leaching rate of 95. 00% was obtained. The test results can provide reference for recycling the manganese tailings.
