基于AHP-RS的荆门市建筑石料价格影响因素分析

Affecting Factors Analysis of the Price of Building Stone Based on AHP-RS Method in Jingmen City

通过分析矿产品价格主要影响因素的变化特征,及时、准确地把握矿产品短期市场价格的波动趋势对于进行矿业技术经济分析具有重要意义。以湖北省荆门市建筑石料矿山为研究对象,首先构建了矿产品价格影响因素的综合评价体系,然后通过实地调研,在获得大量基础数据的前提下,以层次分析法确定主观权重,粗糙集理论确定客观权重,最终计算得出了各影响因素的综合权重分布。研究表明:荆门市建筑石料价格的主要影响因素为生产成本、基础设施建设、地理位置及房地产因素。上述分析对于该区政府、矿山企业相关部门及矿业投资者准确把握建筑石料价格变化趋势提供了可靠依据,层次分析法与粗糙集理论相结合的分析思路对于其余种类矿产品价格影响因素分析也有一定的适用性。

It is of great significance to conduct mining technical and economic analysis by grasping the fluctuation trend of short-term market price of mineral products accurately and timely through the change of the main factors in cost-effectiveness analysis. Taking the building stone mine in Jinming City as the study example,the synthetic assessment index system of affecting factors of the price of mineral products is established firstly,then,a large number of basis data is gained through the investigation of building stone mine,the subjective weights of the affecting factors are determined by adopting analytic hierarchy process（ AHP）,and the objective weights of the affecting factors are obtained by using rough sets theory（ RS）,therefore,the subjective and objective weights are conducted organic integration,and the combination weights of the affecting factors of the mineral product price are obtained. The study results show that the main affecting factors of the building stone price are production cost,infrastructure construction,geographical position and real estate. The above analysis results can provide some reliable basis for grasping the change trend of building stone price of mining investor and the decision makers of the relevant departments of government and mining enterprises,besides that,the study method of the combination of analytic hierarchy process（ AHP） and rough sets theory（ RS） proposed in this paper is also has certain significance for analyzing the affecting factors of the other minerals price.
