摘要
本研究运用《中国托幼机构教育质量评价量表(第三试用版)》,对浙江省6个地区86所幼儿园166个样本班级的教育质量进行了观察评价,在此基础上深入分析了浙江省域学前教育的质量特征及城乡、不同性质与等级以及区域之间学前教育的质量差异。结果发现:(1)学前教育质量还有较大提升空间,游戏活动质量亟待提升。(2)学前教育质量城乡差距大、区域不均衡。(3)办园体制是学前教育质量进一步提升的重要制约因素。(4)学前教育质量保障与提升机制有待完善。研究者据此提出了相应的政策建议。
By using Quality Rating Scale for Early Childhood Programs in China (The Third Trial Version), the researchers observed and evaluated the education quality of 166 sample classes from 86 kindergartens in 6 districts in Zhejiang, and also analyzed the preschool education quality features, and the quality differences between kindergartens with different nature and level and kindergartens from different areas. The results show (1) preschool education in Zhejiang still has a big room for improvement and game quality also needs to improve; (2) there exists a big quality gap between kindergartens from rural and urban areas; (3) the administration mechanism is an important obstacle for the improvement of preschool education; (4) the mechanism for preschool education quality control and improvement in Zhejiang still needs to be improved. Some suggestions are also provided.
