SECI理论视角下幼儿园园长专业发展的整合研修模式探究

The Exploration of Training Modes for Kindergarten Directors’ Professional Development from the Perspective of SECI Theory

随着《幼儿园园长专业标准》的颁布实施，推动幼儿园园长专业发展已成为学界普遍关注的问题。SECI理论揭示了知识创造的本质，对幼儿园园长的专业研修具有指导意义。本研究基于SECI理论提出，可从理论学习、案例研修、反思实践、经验共享等方面着手，建构一个符合幼儿园园长专业发展需要的整合研修模式。

With the promulgation of The Kindergarten Directors＇ Professional Standards, how to promote the professional development of kindergarten directors has been a key issue. SECI theory reveals the essence of creativity and knowledge, and is significant for kindergarten directors＇ professional development. This study, based on SECI theory, suggests that a training mode which meets the needs of kindergarten directors＇ professional development should be constructed from the aspects of theory study, case study, practice reflection and experience sharing.
