摘要
随着《幼儿园园长专业标准》的颁布实施,推动幼儿园园长专业发展已成为学界普遍关注的问题。SECI理论揭示了知识创造的本质,对幼儿园园长的专业研修具有指导意义。本研究基于SECI理论提出,可从理论学习、案例研修、反思实践、经验共享等方面着手,建构一个符合幼儿园园长专业发展需要的整合研修模式。
With the promulgation of The Kindergarten Directors' Professional Standards, how to promote the professional development of kindergarten directors has been a key issue. SECI theory reveals the essence of creativity and knowledge, and is significant for kindergarten directors' professional development. This study, based on SECI theory, suggests that a training mode which meets the needs of kindergarten directors' professional development should be constructed from the aspects of theory study, case study, practice reflection and experience sharing.
