超脉冲CO_2点阵激光与微针治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效对比 被引量:38

Comparison of the Efficacy of Ultra Pulsed Carbon Dioxide Laser and Micro Needle Therapy in Treatment of Facial Acne Depressed Scar

摘要 目的探讨超脉冲CO_2点阵激光与微针对面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选取120例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,随机数字表法分为2组,观察组患者(60例)给予超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗,对照组患者(60例)给予微针治疗,观察并记录2组患者临床疗效,治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分及治疗期间不良反应情况,评价超脉冲CO_2点阵激光对面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分均明显降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,2组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率较高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗总费用明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗期间,观察组不良反应率发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2点阵激光和微针治疗均对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕具有较好的治疗效果,超脉冲CO_2点阵激光疗效更佳,但治疗后不良反应较多,需提前预防,相比之下,微针治疗不良反应较低。 Objective In order to investigate the efficacy and side effects of ultra pulsed carbon dioxide laser and micro needle in treatment of facial acne depressed scar. Methods A total of 120 patients with facial acne depressed scar were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly. The observation group (60 cases) was treated with ultra pulsed carbon dioxide laser. The control group (60 cases) was given micro needle therapy. The clinical curative effect, visual analogue scale (VAS) score before and after treatment and adverse reactions during the treatment were observed and recorded. The efficacy of ultra pulsed carbon dioxide laser in treatment of facial acne depressed scar was evaluated by these indexes. Results Before treatment, there was no statistical significance on VAS score between two groups (P〉0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of two groups were significantly reduced (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference on VAS scores between two groups (P〉0.05). Compared with the control group, the effective rate of observation group was higher (P〈0.05). The cost of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction rate was higher in observation group than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultra pulsed carbon dioxide laser and micro needle therapy has a good therapeutic effect on atrophic acne depressed scars. Ultra pulsed carbon dioxide laser has better curative effect. But more side effects are occurred after treatment. It is necessary to prevent before treatment. By contrast, the side effect of micro needle therapy is extremely low.
