面部敏感性皮肤的相关性因素分析

Analysis of Relative Factors in Facial Sensitive Skin

目的探讨面部敏感性皮肤可能的病因、特点和影响因素。方法对115例敏感性皮肤患者进行问卷调查并汇总分析。结果面部敏感性肌肤患者以年轻女性为主;几乎所有患者均存在皮肤发红、瘙痒、灼热及干燥脱屑,且易过敏;既往有皮肤疾病患病史者可能更容易出现敏感皮肤;生活中常见过敏原排在前5位的依次是化妆品、粉尘、日光、酒精、花粉;不良生活方式如吃刺激性食物、熬夜、疲劳及情绪激动等均会加重皮肤不适症状;大部分敏感性皮肤患者既往曾使用过激素甚至强效激素软膏,且存在不规范使用的情况。结论面部敏感性皮肤与过敏原刺激、滥用糖皮质激素类制剂、护肤品使用不当、紫外线暴露及不良生活方式等有关。

Objective In order to investigate the causes, characteristics and influence factors for facial sensitive skin. Methods All of 115 patients with facial sensitive skin were carried on questionnaires and the data were collected and analyzed. Results Young women made up the main group of patients with facial sensitive skin. Almost all the patients had experienced skin redness, itching, burning, dry, peeling and were prone to allergies. Those who had previous history of skin diseases might be more prone to sensitive skin. Allergens found commonly in everyday life in the top five were cosmetics, dust, sunlight, alcohol, pollen. Symptoms of skin discomfort could aggravated by risky lifestyle such as eating spicy food, staying up late, fatigue and agitation, etc. Non-standard usage of potent corticosteroid ointment was found in most patients with facial sensitive skin. Conclusion Allergenic stimuli, glucocorticoid preparation abuse, improper use of skin care products, UV exposure and unhealthy life style were responsible for facial sensitive skin.
