摘要
文章以五角枫为材料,探究不同激素、枝条部位、扦插基质对插穗生根情况的影响。结果表明,五角枫扦插繁殖最佳的条件为:NAA 500mg/L激素处理,生根率达到90.5%;中段枝条作为插穗生根时间最短,生根率最高达到81.2%;选用泥炭作为扦插基质,生根率最高达到90.7%。因此,通过优化扦插条件可以有效地改善五角枫插穗的生根情况。
With acer monoes as materials, the research explored the influence of different hormone, branch positions and cutting media on the rooting of cutting. The results showed that the best cutting propagation condition of Acer mono was the treatment of NAA 500mg/L and the rooting rate reached 90.5%; the shortest rooting time is spent with middle branches as cuttings and the highest rooting rate reached 81.2%; the rooting rate could reach 90.7% if peat was used as cutting medium. Therefore, the cutting conditions can be improved by optimizing the rooting of the Acer mono cuttings.
