基于老年人视角的城市绿地休闲空间布局影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Urban Green Leisure Space Layout Based on the Perspective of the Elderly

在老龄化社会背景下,老年人对城市绿地休闲空间的需求与日俱增。采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的调查方法,随机对南昌市100名60岁以上的老年人进行调查,以期找出基于老年人视角的城市绿地休闲空间布局影响因素及其重要性排序。在分析相关文献的基础上,笔者将老年人选择前往城市绿地休闲的影响因素分为身体状况、个人情绪、绿地景观、绿地距离、配套设施、交通方式、天气状况和其它因素8个方面。研究结果表明,上述影响因素按影响程度的重要性排序为:绿地景观>天气状况>交通方式>绿地距离=身体状况>个人情绪>配套设施>其它因素。研究对城市绿地休闲空间的总体布局和景观设计具有一定的参考价值,使城市绿地休闲空间更加符合老年人的需求。

Under the background of an aging society, demands for urban green leisure space of the elderly are increasing. In this paper, by the combination of questionnaire and interview survey meth- ods, a survey is made about the influencing factors and their importance of urban green leisure space Layout from random 100 people over 60 years old in Nanchang city. On the basis of the analysis of related articles, the author deems there are 8 aspects of factors influencing the elderly going to the ur- ban green leisure place： physical condition, personal emotion, green space landscape, distance to green space, ancillary facility, means of transportation, weather conditions and other factors. The re- sults showed that the ranking of the importance of the above mentioned aspects is green space land- scape 〉 weather conditions 〉 means of transportation 〉 distance to green space = physical condition 〉 personal emotion 〉 ancillary facility 〉 other factors. This research is conducive to urban green leisure space overall layout and landscape design to make the urban green leisure space meet the demands of old people better.
