从活用四逆汤看“扶阳”学术思想的继承与发展

On the Inheritance and Development of "Fu Yang" Academic Thought from Flexible Use of Sini Decoction

四逆汤源自《伤寒论》,是治疗少阴阳虚阴寒证的代表方,病机主要为阳虚,但阳虚病机同中有异,故其所治病症的主证既可为手足逆冷,又可为下利清谷、呕吐等其他表现,不拘于四肢逆冷一症。郑钦安深得仲景"扶阳"学术思想宗旨,对阳虚病情辨认细致入微,灵活运用四逆汤治疗多种病症。吴佩衡在继承《伤寒论》及郑钦安扶阳学术思想的基础上,细究四逆汤各药物的功效以及配伍特点,强调早用四逆诸方,扶阳固本,将四逆汤的临床应用范围扩大至六经病之阴寒证以及内、妇、儿、外科等多种阳虚阴寒危重病症的治疗。

Sini Decoction originates from Shanghanlun, which is the representative of the treatment of syndrome of Yang-deficiencyand Yin-cold of Shaoyin disease, the pathogenesis is mainly Yang-deficiency, but Yang-deficiency is different from the one, there-fore, the main symptoms of the disease can not only for counterflow cold of hands and feet, but also for watery diarrhea with indi-gested food in the stool, vomiting and other manifestations, regardless of the counterflow cold of the limbs on the disease. ZhengQin＇an deeply understands the purpose of the academic thought of Zhongjing＇s ＂Fu Yang＂, nuanced identification of Yang-defi-ciency,and flexible use of Sini Decoction to treat a variety of diseases.
