补中益气汤配合针刺治疗颈性眩晕临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Cervical Vertigo with Buzhong Yiqi Tang Combined with Acupuncture

目的:观察补中益气汤加减配合针刺治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将54例符合诊断标准的颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各27例,治疗组给予补中益气汤加减配合针刺治疗,对照组给予单纯针刺治疗。2个疗程后比较两组患者治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分、椎-基底动脉血流情况。结果:治疗组有效率为92.59%,显著优于对照组(85.19%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后比较,颈性眩晕与功能评估量表评分均明显改善(P<0.05),椎-基底动脉血流速度均明显提升(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加减配合针刺治疗颈性眩晕效果较单纯针刺治疗效果明显,疗效满意。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture treatment ofcervical vertigo. Methods ：54 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 27） and the control group（ n =27 ）. The treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture treatment, and the control group wasgiven acupuncture therapy alone. After 2 courses, the cervical vertigo symptoms, functional assessment scale score and the vertebralbasilar arterial blood flow were compared of the two groups after treatment. Results：The effective treatment group was 92.59%,significantly better than the control group （ 85.19% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the cervical vertigo and function evaluationscale scores were improved significantly of the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity was signifi-cantly improvedin the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group improved significantly （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo has better effect than that ofsimple acupuncture, and the curative effect is satisfactory.Reference citation：LYU Yan, LI Weifeng.
