头针结合认知功能训练治疗阿尔茨海默病临床研究

Clinical Study of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Cognitive Function Training in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease

目的:探讨头针结合实时认知功能训练对阿尔茨海默病患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:采用随机对照试验研究的设计方法,入组患者100例,按随机数字表法,将入组患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者各50例。所有患者均予原发基础性疾病的治疗,治疗组给予头针治疗的同时进行针对性的认知功能康复训练;对照组给予银杏叶提取物药片口服,疗程为3个月。治疗前后分别用功能独立性评定量表的认知项目(cognitive items)进行评定及工具性日常生活(instrumental activities of daily living,IADL)的功能活动问卷(functional activities questionnaire,FAQ)对入组患者进行评定。结果:治疗组有效率为72%,优于对照组的18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组功能独立性评定量表的认知项目评分、FAQ评分,较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.01),且显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:头针结合实时认知功能训练对阿尔茨海默病患者的日常生活活动能力改善作用明显。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with cognitive function training on the activities ofdaily living in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group andthe control group, each of 50 cases. All patients were treated with the treatment of primary diseases, the treatment group was givenacupuncture treatment at the same time for the cognitive rehabilitation training;the control group was given oral tablets of Ginkgobiloba extract treatment control observation and treatment for 3 months of the two groups. The functional independence measurecognitive project respectively before and after treatment（ cognitive items） were evaluated and instrumental activities of daily living（IADL） of the functional activities questionnaire（FAQ） were assessed in the group of patients. Results：The effective rate of thetreatment group was 72% , which was better than that of the control group 18% （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of cognitive function scoreand FAQ score of the treatment group were significantly improved（ P 〈 O. 01 ）, which was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：Scalp acupuncture combined with real-time cognitive function training can significantly improve the activities ofdaily living in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.Reference citation：LIAO Huawei.
