多次多项整形美容手术患者的心理状态

Study on the psychological states of patients having undergone much plastic surger

目的:探讨接受多次多项整形美容手术患者的心理特点。方法:采用调查问卷表的方法,对2014年9月至2016年2月在潍坊医学院整形外科医院进行多次多项整形美容手术的105例受术者进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果:多次多项整形美容手术患者症状自评量表(SCL-90)中,躯体化、人际关系、焦虑及恐惧、偏执因子得分均高于常模量(P<0.05);焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)得分均高于常模(t=13.46,P=0.000);体象障碍自评量表(selfrating body dysmorphic disorder scale,SBDDS)总分为(57.12±20.72)分,高于国内常模量的(2.60±4.40)分(t=25.76,P=0.000)。结论:接受多次多项整形美容手术的患者心理状态不稳定,存在较多的焦虑、抑郁情绪,体象障碍明显。

Objective： To explore the psychological characteristics of patients having undergone much plastic surgery. Methods： 105 patients who underwent much plastic surgery in Weifang Medical College from September 2014 to February 2016 were surveyed with questionnaires,with the results analyzed. Results： Somatization,compulsion,relationship,anxiety and fear,and paranoid factor scores of symptom check list-90（ SCL-90） were higher than those of the norm（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of self rating anxiety scale（ SAS） were statistically significant higher than those of the norm（ t = 13. 46,P = 0. 000）; the total score of self rating body dysmorphic disorder scale（ SBDDS） was 57. 12 ± 20. 72,significantly higher than that of the norm（ 2. 60 ± 4. 40）（ t = 25. 76,P = 0. 000）. Conclusion： The patients having undergone much plastic surgery have unstable mental state,much anxiety and depression and obvious physical dysmorphic disorder.
