摘要
目的:探讨高压氧联合丹参多酚酸对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者认知功能改善的疗效。方法:将97例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予高压氧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加丹参多酚酸治疗,采用日常生活活动能力(activities of daily living,ADL)量表、蒙特利尔认知评价量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)、简易智力状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)对比患者治疗前后日常活动能力、认知功能及程度的改善情况。结果:治疗前,分别比较两组患者MMSE、Mo CA及ADL评分,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者MMSE、Mo CA及ADL评分均高于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者上述评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧联合丹参多酚酸治疗效果优于单纯高压氧治疗,更有利于改善脑卒中后患者的认知功能。
Objective: To analyze the effect of salvianolic acids combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the improvement of cognitive ability of post-stroke patients with cognitive impairment. Methods: 97 cases of post-stroke patients with cognitive impairment were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were given hyperbaric oxygen treatment and those in observation group were added the injection of salvianolic acids. ADL,Mo CA and MMSE were adopted to compare the patients' daily activities and cognitive function and degree before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment,there were not significant differences of MMSE,Mo CA and ADL scores in the two groups( P〉0. 05); after treatment,MMSE,Mo CA and ADL scores in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment( P〈0. 05); MMSE,Mo CA and ADL scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05).Conclusions: Hyperbaric oxygen combined with salvianolic acids is superior to the pure hyperbaric oxygen treatment and more beneficial to improve the post-stroke cognitive function.
