复方木尼孜其颗粒对黄褐斑患者血清雌激素及症状的影响

Effect of compound muniziqi granule on serum estrogen and its symptoms in patients with chloasma

目的:探讨复方木尼孜其颗粒对黄褐斑患者血清雌激素及症状的影响。方法:将100例黄褐斑患者随机分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组给予维生素C、维生素E口服30 d,观察组给予复方木尼孜其颗粒配合英国欧美娜红光治疗30 d,比较两组患者血清雌激素及症状积分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率90%,优于对照组治疗总有效率60%(P<0.05);观察组症状积分结果总有效率达86%,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前FSH、LH、E2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组FSH、LH、E2均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后FSH、LH、E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方木尼孜其颗粒可有效治疗黄褐斑,临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用,具有很好的临床应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the effect of compound muniziqi granule on serum estrogen and its symptoms in patients with chloasma.Methods： 100 cases of patients with chloasma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given oral vitamin C and vitamin E for 30 d and those in observation group were given compound muniziqi granules complicated with British omnilux red light treatment for 30 d. The serum estrogen and its symptom scores were compared in the two groups. Results： The total efficiency in observation group was 90 %,which was better than that in control group（ 60 %）（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate of symptom scores in observation group was 86 %,with significant difference compared with that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; There were no significant differences of FSH,LH and E2 before treatment in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; FSH,LH and E2 after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; FSH,LH and E2 after treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound muniziqi granules is effective in the treatment of chloasma,which is worthy of clinical application and has good clinical application value.
