多排螺旋CT对颈部病理性淋巴结的诊断价值

The value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of cervical pathological lymph nodes

目的:探讨多排螺旋CT对颈部病理性淋巴结的诊断价值。方法:对180例患者进行CT扫描检查,并对扫描图像进行分析处理。结果:180例患者中,有89例属于颈部右侧淋巴结受累,47例属于左侧受累,而双侧受累的情况有44例。180例患者中直径≥3 cm的病理性淋巴结为39例,占总数的21.67%;直径≥2 cm且<3 cm的病理性淋巴结为63例,占总数的35.00%;其余78例直径<2 cm,占总数的43.33%。结论:多排螺旋CT能够高效、快捷、安全地对颈部病理性淋巴结进行诊断,能够为后续治疗提供有益参考。

Objective： To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of cervical pathological lymph nodes. Methods： CT scan was performed on 180 patients and the scanned images were analyzed and processed. Results： Through the interpretation of the image data,among180 cases,there were 89 cases of right involvement,47 cases of left involvement and 44 cases of bilateral involvement. There were 39 cases of pathological lymph nodes with diameter greater than 3 cm in 180 cases,accounting for 21. 67 % of the total. The number of pathological lymph nodes which were greater than or equal to 2 cm and less than 3 cm was 63 cases,accounting for 35. 00 % of the total. The rest were the pathological lymph nodes less than 2 cm,accounting for 43. 33 % of the total number. Based on the analysis of the imaging data,it could be seen that the multi-slice spiral CT images could better reflect the pathological features of the cervical pathological lymph nodes. Conclusion： Multi-slice spiral CT can be efficient,fast and safe in the diagnosis of cervical pathological lymph nodes and provide useful reference for the follow-up treatment.
