摘要
目的:研究CD152、CD137调节性T细胞在支气管哮喘患者外周血中的表达及其关系,探讨其对支气管哮喘发生发展的影响及作用,为哮喘的预防诊疗提供新思路。方法:选择支气管哮喘患者55例,其中急性发作期29例、非急性发作期26例,对照组31例,利用流式细胞仪检测外周血CD152、CD137的表达,与肺功能1 s最大呼气流量占预测值百分比(FEV1%pred)比较,分析三者间的关系。结果:哮喘组外周血CD137的表达水平高于对照组(P<0.01),急性发作期组CD137高于非急性发作期组(P<0.01);外周血CD137在非急性发作期组的表达与其肺功能FEV1%pred的水平存在负相关(r=-0.479,P=0.013),在急性发作期组的表达与FEV1%pred的水平也存在负相关(r=-0.402,P=0.031)。结论:外周血CD152调节性T细胞的表达与哮喘的发病无明显相关性;外周血CD137调节性T细胞的表达升高可能与哮喘的发病相关,且与肺功能呈负相关性关系;哮喘患者外周血CD152调节性T细胞与CD137调节性T细胞的表达在疾病的发生发展过程中无明显相关性。
Objective: To study the expression of CD152 and CD137 T regulatory cells in the peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma and the correlation between the two factors,to explore the effects of these two factors on the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma and to provide new ideas for the prevention,treatment and clinical treatment of asthma. Methods: 55 cases of bronchial asthma were chosen including29 cases of acute stage and 26 cases of non-acute stage; 31 healthy people were chosen as the control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD152 and CD137 in the peripheral blood of all the subjects,with the pulmonary function of FEV1% pred compared and the correlation between the three groups analyzed. Results : The expression of CD137 in peripheral blood of asthmatic group was significantly higher than that of non-acute stage group( P〈0. 01); there was significant negative correlation between the expression of CD137 in the peripheral blood and the level of FEV1% pred in asthma groups( non acute stage group)( r =-0. 479,P = 0. 013); there was also significant negative correlation between the expression of CD137 in the peripheral blood and the level of FEV1% pred in the asthma group( acute stage group)( r =-0. 402,P =0. 031). There was no correlation between the expression of CD152 and CD137 in the peripheral blood of non acute stage group( r = 0. 142,P =0. 487) and the acute stage group( r = 0. 291,P = 0. 126). Conclusion: There is no correlation between the expression of CD152 T regulatory cells and asthma; the increased expression of CD137 T regulatory cells in the peripheral blood of patients with asthma may be related with the onset of asthma and is negatively correlated with the pulmonary function of patients with asthma; there is no correlation between the expression of CD152 regulatory T cells and CD137 regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of asthmatic patients.
