经中心静脉导管给药治疗重症低钾血症的护理

Nursing experience of central venous catheter administration in the treatment of severe hypokalemia

目的:分析经中心静脉导管给药治疗重症低钾血症的护理经验,为临床护理工作提供参考。方法:以2014年4月至2016年4月收治的64例重症低钾血症患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采取优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:对比两组患者并发症发生情况,对照组并发症总发生率为18.75%,高于观察组的3.13%(P<0.05);对比两组护理情况,对照组护理满意率为71.88%,低于观察组的93.75%(P<0.05)。结论:经中心静脉导管给药治疗重症低钾血症同时采用优质护理工作,能够有效减少患者并发症发生率,促进护患和谐,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the nursing experience of central venous catheter administration in the treatment of severe hypokalemia,and to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Methods： 64 cases of patients with severe hypokalemia admitted in the hospital from April 2014 to April2016 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group adopted routine nursing model and the experimental group adopted high quality nursing care. The nursing effects in the two groups were compared. Results： The total complication rate in control group（ 18. 75 %） was significantly higher than that in experimental group（ 3. 13 %）（ P〈0. 05）,and the nursing satisfaction rate in control group（ 71. 88 %） was significantly lower than that in experimental group（ 93. 75 %）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Central venous catheter administration and high-quality care work in the treatment of severe hypokalemia can effectively reduce complications occurrence and promote nurse-patient harmony,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
