针刺百会和风池穴对神经性皮炎模型大鼠NF-κB信号通路的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Acupuncturing Baihui and Fengchi on NFκB Signaling Pathway on Treating Neurodermitis Rat Model

摘要 目的:研究针刺百会、风池穴对神经性皮炎模型大鼠NF-κB信号通路的影响,探讨针刺百会、风池穴治疗神经性皮炎机制,为临床治疗该病提供有效的针灸处方。方法:采用采用局部皮肤摩擦刺激与慢性轻度不可预见性的应激方法相结合制备神经性皮炎大鼠模型,在造模成功的基础上,给予针刺百会、风池穴,采用ELISA试剂盒、Western blotting方法来检测观察指标。结果:各治疗组大鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-4、IL-6和TNF-α含量明显降低,皮肤中NF-κB p65和COX-2蛋白表达明显降低,IκB蛋白表达明显升高,与模型组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺百会、风池穴可能通过NF-κB信号通路,调控炎性细胞因子的水平,抑制了神经性皮炎的慢性炎症的级联放大,对神经性皮炎起到治疗作用。 Objective : To research the effect of acupuncturing Baihui and Fengchi on NF- κB signaling pathway on treating neurodermitis rat model, investigate the mechanism, provide an effective acupuncture prescription for the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods : Combined local skin friction stimulation with chronic unpredictable stress ( CUMS )to build neurodermatitis rat model, based on the successful model, acupunctured at Baihui and Fengchi, EHSA kit and Western blotting method were used to detect the observed indexes. Results: In the model group, the content of IL-115 , IL-4, IL-6 and TNF-α in the serum of rat decreased obviously, the protein expression of NF- κB p65 and COX-2 in the skin of rat decreased obviously, the protein expression of I κB increased obviously, compared with the normal group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion : Acupuncturing Baihui and Fengchi may regulate and control inflammatory cell factor and inhibit the cascade amplification of chronic inflammation of neurodermitis through NF- κB signaling pathway, and then treat neurodermatitis.
