Study on Triple Puncture and Its Clinical Application

目的:研究齐刺法及其在临床中治疗的疾病、针刺穴位、针刺方法和治疗效果。方法:齐刺法在病变部位的正中刺1针,再在正中穴的上下或左右各刺1针,从齐刺法的源流、针刺方法、作用与特点及临床应用四个方面进行阐述。结果:齐刺法常用于病变范围较小病位较深的痹证,也可用于内外妇儿多科疾病,可以达到比单针刺法更为显著的效果。结论:用齐针刺法治疗所述疾病时,在疼痛处多直刺,傍刺两针多斜刺,方向均指向第1针的针尖,增加了针刺的刺激量。但对于齐刺法的针刺位置、针刺角度、作用机制和治病范围还需进一步研究。

Objective： Summarizes triple puncture from treating aspects： which disease can he treated, which point and method can be used, and what effect can be achieved. Methods ： Triple puncture is a way of acupuncture, the first acupuncture on the median of the lesion, and the others around arthralgia syndrome. And this article gives an account of triple puncture method, acupuncture method, role and characteristics and clinical application. Results ： The triple puncture is often used for arthralgia syndrome which is small and deep, and can also be used for women, children, inside and outside multidisciplinary disease, which can achieve a more significant effect than the single acupuncture method. Conclusion ： In clinic, one acupuncture in pain site with straight lunging, one acupuncture toward the first acupuncture, s tip around the pain site with diagonal stabbing can increase clinical effect. But there are some aspects should have further study on triple puncture, which position and angle can be used, and what is the mechanism, etc.
