针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Treatment of Stroke Sequela

目的:探讨针灸联合康复训练对脑中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年8月—2015年1月脑中风后遗症患者351例,按相同标准随机分为治疗组(179例)和对照组(172例),两组无显著差异。其中,对照组仅给予单纯康复训练治疗,治疗组采用针灸联合康复训练治疗。2个疗程后,对比两组疗效,并评定神经功能缺损程度及日常生活能力。结果:两种治疗方法对脑中风后遗症患者均具良好疗效,治疗组总体有效率达92.18%,对照组总体有效率为83.14%;治疗组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度差值高达18.11±6.38,对照组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度差值为12.90±6.68;治疗组治疗前后ADL评分差值高达58.42±15.66,对照组治疗前后ADL评分差值为40.81±13.11。以上结果均具统计学意义。结论:针灸联合康复训练对脑中风后遗症患者临床疗效更为显著,并且能够显著改善患者神经功能与日常生活活动能力,适合临床推广。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on treating stroke sequela. Methods ： August 2013 to 2015 January stroke patients with sequelae of 351 cases according to the same standards were randomly divided into analysis group （ 179 cases ） and control group （ 172 cases ） and the two groups had no significant difference. The control group was treated only with rehabilitation training, and the analysis group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. After two courses of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was compared and the ability of the nerve function and daily life were assessed. Results ： Two kinds of treatment methods on patients with stroke sequelae had good curative effect, the overall effective rate of analysis was 92.18%. In the control group total effective rate was 83.14%; Before and after treatment, the difference of the degree of neurological deficits in the analysis group was 18.11 ±6.38, and the difference of the degree of neurological deficits in control group was 12.90 ± 6.68 ; Analysis group before and after treatment ADL score difference was as high as 15.66±58.42, the control group was 40.81 ± 13.11. Conclusion ： Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on stroke sequelae in patients with clinical efficacy more significant and can obviously improve the neurological function and activities of daily living ability, suitable for clinical application.
