中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎护理体会

Nursing Experience of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Children with Viral Myocarditis

目的:探究中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的护理效果。方法:选取140例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成观察组和对照组各70例患儿。对照组患儿采用常规的西药治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上加用中药炙甘草汤治疗,两组患儿同时给予护理,观察两组患儿在治疗3周后对疗效情况分析以及治疗前后两组患儿的射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)指标。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率95.71%显著高于对照组的69.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组LVEF、CO、SV指标均比治疗前升高,但观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗病毒性小儿心肌炎有良好效果,加以护理之后,预后良好,值得在临床上推广。

Objective： To explore the nursing effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of children with viral myocarditis. Methods ： 140 cases of viral myocarditis in our hospital as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 70 patients in each group. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment, observation group on the basis of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, two groups were given nursing care. After 3 weeks treatment, the treatment effect and before and after treatment （ LVEF ）, cardiac output （ CO ）, the stroke volume index （ SV ） were analyzed. Results ： The total efficiency of the observation group 95.71% was significantly higher than the control group 69.56%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; and the two groups of LVEF, CO, SV index were higher than before treatment, but the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children has a good effect, after care, the prognosis is good, and it is worth promoting in clinical.
