药瓶封装质量检测实验系统开发

摘要 针对药瓶封装质量检测,设计并实现了一套基于机器视觉技术的、适于教学使用的无接触式药瓶封装质量检测实验系统。从结构原理及运行依据出发,介绍了实验系统的硬件结构、软件构架和运行流程,并结合案例说明了实验系统的应用。实践表明,该系统具有拆装方便、实验内容设置灵活、实验风险小和成本低等优点,实验效果良好,有效解决了药瓶包装质量检测实践教学资源缺乏的问题,为学生学习掌握药品瓶包装无接触检测技术提供了先进、实用的实验装置和教学手段。 Bottle packaging is very extensively used in the pharmaceutical production. Aim at the quality inspection of vials, a set of contact - less experimental system for medicine bottle packaging quality detection was designed and implemented, which was based on machine vision technology and suitable for teaching use. Based on the principle of experimental system structure and operation, the hardware structure and software architecture and operational process of the experimental system were introduced, and its application was illustrated. The teaching practice results show that the experimental system for medicine bottle packaging quality detection has some advantages, such as easy installing, flexible experimental content setting, low operational risk and low experimental cost, as well as a good experimental effect. Therefore, it effectively solved the problem of lack of practice teaching resources in bottle packaging quality testing, and provided the advanced and practical experimental equipment and teaching means for students to learn the contact - less detection technology in medicine bottle packaging.
