摘要
该文将45 MHz的微型核磁共振波谱仪应用于基础有机化学实验教学中,以乙酸、乙醇为原料合成乙酸乙酯为例,合成产物通过使用微型核磁共振波谱仪,可以立即进行结构表征和定量分析,做到了波谱理论与实验的有机结合。实践表明,将NMR仪器引入本科实验教学,提高了学生操作NMR仪器的信心,减少了学生对NMR仪器的恐惧。
45 MHz benchtop NMR spectrometer was applied to the basic organic experiment teaching. Ethyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and ethanol. The structural and quantitative analysis of the product was carried out on the micro - nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. In the experimental class, the synthesized product can be used for structural characterization and quantitative analysis immediately, so the spectral theory and experiment combined perfectly. Practice shows that the experiment improves the confidence of students in the operation of NMR instruments, reducing the fear of students on NMR instruments.
