自然观光地旅游中小企业主从业特征分析——以黄山汤口社区为例

Characteristics of Small and Medium-sized Tourist Business Owners in Natural Scenic Spots:A Case Study of Tangkou Community of Huangshan Scenic Area

摘要 以黄山风景区主集散地汤口社区为案例地,通过对289位旅游中小企业主自然观光地旅游的访谈调查分析了自然观光地旅游的从业特征,研究发现:自然观光地旅游从业以男性、青壮年为主,九成已婚并有子女,高学历比例低,半数为移民,以租赁经营和居住为主,当前生意是多数家庭主要收入来源。自然观光地旅游从业总体对技能较为忽视,从业人员半数以上没有受过专业培训,多数具有旅游和商业从业经历。 Taking Tangkou Community of Huangshan Scenic Area as a case, this paper studied the characteristics of tourist business owners in natural scenic spots through interviews with 289 small and medium-sized owners. Research results reveal that the majority of the owners were young and middle-aged men. Ninety percent of them were married, one half immigrants, and many without high education experiences. Most of them rented houses to do business and live in and their business was their major income source. Besides, most of the owners neglected professional skills, and more than half never had any relevant training though they had been engaged in tourism and business for some time.
