生态补偿机制法制化创新是生态文明建设的必然要求,意味着对现有管理机制和生态治理机制的矫正。目前生态补偿机制法制化进程中还存在一些困境和症结,有必要通过专项立法、协同立法等创新手段破解生态补偿机制失灵的难题,同时根据生态补偿法律需求和生态文明建设实际,修订有关法律法规、健全配套制度,以高质量的法律供给,为生态文明建设保驾护航。

Legal innovation of ecological compensation mechanism is the inevitable requirement of the construction of ecological civilization.It means to correct the existing management mechanism and ecological governance mechanism.At present,there are still some difficulties and problems in the legal system of ecological compensation mechanism.It is necessary to solve the problem of the failure in ecological compensation mechanism through special legislation,collaborative legislation and other innovations.At the same time,according to the legal requirements of ecological compensation mechanism and ecological civilization construction,the relevant laws and regulations should be amended and the supporting system should be improved in order to provide a high quality of law and protect the construction of ecological civilization.
