摘要
研究了自制二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)与POSS复配在EPDM绝热材料中的应用,并对复合物的力学性能及炭层形成机理进行了研究。阻燃剂ADP与八苯基硅倍半氧烷(OPS)、多面体低聚八氨基硅倍半氧烷(OAPS)协同,达到良好的协同作用的阻燃效果。OPS与ADP复配能明显提升体系的耐烧蚀性能;OAPS能够稳定的保持体系的力学性能,对耐烧蚀性能略有提升。随着烧蚀时间的增加,添加了ADP和增黏剂的绝热层烧蚀率降低的最多,绝热层隔热性能最佳。其次是添加增黏剂的绝热层,添加APP和增黏剂的绝热层的烧蚀性能和隔热性能与前二者相比最低,确定阻燃剂ADP和增黏剂能够有效提高EPDM的耐烧蚀性能和绝热性能。
The diethyl aluminum phosphate(ADP) and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS) is compound in ethylene propylene monomer(EPDM),and the mechanical property and char layer forming mechanism are studied.The synergism of ADP and octa-phenyl-POSS(OPS),octa-amino-POSS(OAPS) have a good synergistic and flame retardant effect in EPDM.The synergistic of OPS and OAPS can improve the ablation resistance of EPDM;the OAPS improve the mechanical property and ablation resistance.As the ablation time increased,the ablativity of adiabatic layer which added the ADP and tackifier is the lowest,the heat-shielding property is the best.The ablation resistance and heatshielding property are lower than OPS and OAPS,and ADP has a good effect in ablation resistance and heat-shielding property in EPDM.
