摘要
在现代化工业生产中,天车是不可缺少的重要设备,它不仅能够提高工业的劳动生产率,还能够节省人力、降低成本。天车在各种生产作业中都有所应用,例如:物品的起重、装卸和运输等,这些都需要使用天车。但是,天车在使用过程中不可避免会出现一些故障,导致其不能正常进行作业,从而影响工业的发展。结合多个方面,对天车的升降传动系统及经常出现的故障进行深入探究,根据存在的问题总结了对应的处理方法,希望能够推动现代化工业生产的发展。
In modern industrial production,crane is the important equipment,and it can not only improve the industrial labor productivity,but also can save manpower and reduce costs.Cranes are used in a variety of production operations,such as lifting,loading and unloading,etc.However,there will be some failure in the use of the crane,which affects its normal operation,thus affecting the development of industry.The lifting transmission system and its frequent problems were studied,and the corresponding treatment methods were summed up,hoping to promote the development of modern industrial production.
