随着社会职业化水平不断深入,高职院校的职能也在不断扩大,教师的能力水平不适应高职院校发展的特点不断突显。校企合作模式是一项针对高职院校教师提高实践工作能力的重要途径,适合当代社会人才培养发展的需要。怎样借助校企合作平台,从高职院校教师职称评定、对教师培养的激励机制、教师企业实岗锻炼的主动性、企业参与校企合作的积极性及政府充分发挥作用等方面提出建议。

With the deepening of the level of social professionalism,the function of higher vocational colleges has also been expanding,and the level of teachers＇ ability is not suitable for the development of higher vocational colleges.School-enterprise cooperation model is an important way for teachers in higher vocational colleges to improve the ability of practical work,which is suitable for the development of contemporary talents training needs.Suggestions on how to take advantages of school-enterprise platform from the aspects of professional title appraisal,teacher training incentive mechanism,initiative of practical exercises,enthusiasm in participating school-enterprise cooperation and the effect of government were put forward.
